What a useful little compilation of stories and links. I am just beginning to teach children mindfulness, alongside readings of my book and it is so important to engage little ones. Lots of images, glitter jars, soft toys, posters and engaging them through asking questions is crucial or they won't feel part of it or interested. So yes, I completely agree with you - get mindfulness or meditation teachers in to teach little ones. 🙏🏻
